Work Model: Hybrid (Combines home office and onsite training/collaboration) Start Date: June 1st (Urgent intake)
Hours: 38.5 hours/week
The Role (Customer Service Specialist): As the voice of Booking.com, you will deliver world‑class customer support, helping international travelers and global accommodation partners resolve inquiries regarding reservations, payments, and services via phone and email.
What we are looking for:
* Languages: C2 level Icelandic + advanced English.
* A passion for customer service, active listening, and a problem‑solving mindset.
* Tech‑savvy with good PC skills (Office 365, CRM databases).
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel environments is highly valued but not mandatory.
The Offer:
* Salary: €22,249 gross/year
