In this role you drive the industrialization of new products within Atlas Copco Zaragoza’s Manufacturing Engineering team. You will define and optimize manufacturing processes, collaborate across the supply chain, and lead continuous improvements for lean, safe, and sustainable operations. You’ll contribute to high‑quality product realization and work closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers. This position offers exposure to NPI, tooling and vendor management, and a role that shapes efficient production at scale.

• Define and implement industrialization processes for new product development, including tools, materials, and vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the supply chain to ensure smooth product introduction
• Manage system changes related to design notifications, bill of materials, and manufacturing parameters
• Coordinate prototype manufacturing phases, testing, and technical documentation creation
• Lead supplier agreements and follow up on tooling, machinery, and design deliveries
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and logistics processes, optimizing costs and performance
Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or industrialization
• Experience in new product introduction and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration xpzdshu and supplier relationships
• Experience working with ERP systems and managing technical data
• Strong analytical skills for cost estimation and process optimization
• Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)
