Translate business goals into measurable media plans, including channel mix, budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing.● Drive continuous improvement through testing: ad copy/creative tests, landing page/CRO collaboration, audience experiments, bid strategy tests, and offer positioning.● Proven expertise in creating effective marketing strategies and reports● Proven ability to lead teams and improve marketing performance● Effective time management skills.
