We are seeking a Marketing Copywriter to help heighten our brand in the marketplace while working in a fun and relaxed environment.
Position Responsibilities
* Manage our brand through multiple media avenues such as print, internet, social media, and advertising.
* Write copy for all emails and funnel steps, using knowledge of sales and psychology to improve sales conversion, click, and open rates.
* Analyze email and funnel statistics and actively work to improve conversion rates at all points in the funnel/email cycle that revolve around copy.
* Split test copy in all emails and funnels.
* Assist and engage in high‑level discussions and decisions.
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
* Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM.
* Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with other Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities.
* Assist in implementation and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources.
Candidate Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 4 years of experience as a Marketing Copywriter.
* Project management and team management experience.
* Copywriting skills.
* Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience.
* Content creation.
* Superior research and analytical skills.
* SEO strategy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Digital marketing experience.
* Proven ability to successfully execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail and email, field events, and social media.
Conditions of Employment
* Must be authorized to work in the Philippines.
* Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee is regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
