• Providing support via phone & email
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Assisting with onboarding and product-related questions
• Delivering high-quality customer service
• Working closely with a collaborative international team
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Fluent Dutch & English
• Plus German or Swedish (B2/C1 level)
• Experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems
• Open to working in a 24/7 shift environment
