The role is responsible for all support activities related to EMEA AC Store Controlling on behalf of EMEA AC Stores Locations.**Responsible for**- **Reconciliations, Data Analytics, and Modelling (EMEA AC Stores)**- Proactive Data modelling on a regular basis - develop, build, recommend, and perform on a regular basis eg. ‘red flags, dashboards, Monthly analysis etc.- Reactive Data Modelling - as required where a specific requirement maybe audit / fraud etc- Performing and managing various reconciliations (financial, Systems and Process) performed by self or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and investigating /resolving any exceptions identified- Consolidated Data - Develop, build and perform regular reporting xEMEA, incl Shrinkage rates, risk areas and standardising as possible.- Review / Development of any other further reconciliations required to ensure we have relevant completeness and accuracy checks / controls around our store procedures across EMEA locations and multiple Store systems on an ongoing basis- **Helpdesk / Co-ordinator of Queries **related to EMEA AC Stores Issues- Co-ordinates / Liaises with parties in country, SSC, etc (eg.IT,Finance,Operations teams etc) to ensure correct treatment for any issues and actions completed by correct individuals to resolve issues.- Tracks issues and highlights recurring issues / queries- Co-ordinate / review potential risks / fraud scenarios highlighted by people in the Stores network- **Centralised Remote Risk / Financial Auditing** - Sample checking and auditing remotely transactions taken in store, based on defined controls / audit requirements. Liaison with stores to obtain relevant information to support audit.- **Development of more efficient automated processes** as required to aid movement from manual to streamlined reconciliations in the future- Other support activities as required as part of the roles**Requirements**:- English speaking and a confident communicator, both written and verbal- Previous analytics / reconciliation experience, (gained in a finance environment would be beneficial)- MS Excel Advanced skills are Essential (eg.
