Are you looking for a new challenge in a multicultural and dynamic environment? Do you speak Native UK English? This is your opportunity to grow within the company and become part of the Customer Service team in the Truck Assistance International (TAI) department
What you'll be doing:
* Mastering our clients' insurance policies and applying the relevant conditions
* Advising and guiding clients towards the best solutions
* Managing international calls, emails, case registration, and documenting actions in our system
* Providing quick, personalized responses according to coverage
* Coordinating vehicle and passenger transfers
* Handling administrative tasks (faxing, emailing, reservations, invoicing, and claims management)
* Working collaboratively to ensure effective case management, following internal procedures
* Participating in meetings with your supervisor and colleagues to resolve cases and implement continuous improvements.
