We're a Berlin-based startup building an AI-powered, human-centered coaching & L&D; platform for enterprises, coaches, and learning organizations. Our mission is to combine the best of human expertise with modern AI systems – responsibly, securely, and at scale.
We work with partners and clients across Europe and beyond, and we're now looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager to help us grow our visibility, pipeline, and brand.
This is not an agency role. We're looking for a long-term individual contributor who enjoys ownership, variety, and working closely with founders in a fast-moving startup environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Marketing & Growth Manager, you will own our day-to-day marketing execution with a strong focus on LinkedIn, content, and SEO in the age of AI. You'll work closely with the CMO and founders to shape our narrative, build consistent visibility in the market, and support pipeline growth through high-quality content and modern discovery channels (search + AI).
This role blends hands-on content creation, AI-native SEO, and practical startup operations – ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Social Media (core focus)
Own our LinkedIn presence end-to-end: post creation, scheduling, publishing, moderation, and engagement
Build and execute a content calendar aligned with product, sales, and partnerships
Support content strategy & positioning (topics, narratives, formats – not just posting)
Create simple visuals and carousels (Canva or similar)
SEO, AI Search & Content Operations
Support blog and landing page planning & optimization
Work with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
Assist with on-page SEO, content structure, and internal linking
Optimize content for modern AI search & discovery (Google SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Support content designed for LLM ingestion & retrieval (clear structure, entities, FAQs, schema awareness, knowledge-base style writing)
General startup & growth support
Light inbox and account support
Coordination around speaking engagements, podcasts, events, and partnerships
Research tasks, scheduling, documentation
Keeping marketing and growth workflows organized in Notion and Slack
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
No specific degree required – practical experience and proven execution matter more than formal education.
Required skills
Proven experience in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn (B2B)
Solid understanding of content strategy, storytelling & positioning
Hands-on experience with technical SEO basics
Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing workflows
Comfortable with Slack, Notion, Canva, scheduling tools, Google Workspace
Startup experience or fast-moving environments
Strong written English (German is a plus)
Preferred skills
Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, L&D;, or coaching
Basic analytics & reporting (LinkedIn analytics, GA4, GSC)
Understanding of AI visibility / LLM SEO / GEO
