Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst skilled in collaborating and sharing knowledge using tools such as Confluence and JIRA. The ideal candidate will excel in documentation and specification, business case development, and agile delivery. You will work with API services, Azure, and Postman, alongside SQL, YAML, and Markdown. The role involves contributing to the Playa desktop application presentation platform, which is transitioning our desktop services to the cloud. Predominantly based in Azure, Playa leverages our expertise in remote application presentation and new technologies, such as Azure Virtual Desktops.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with teams to share knowledge using Confluence and JIRA.
* Develop and document business cases and specifications.
* Deliver projects using agile methodologies.
* Work with API services and utilise Azure and Postman.
* Perform SQL tasks and work with YAML and Markdown.
* Influence the direction of Azure Virtual Desktops through innovative implementation.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong business analysis skills.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of SQL.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Fluency in English.

Work Environment
This role is based in Barcelona, requiring three days on‑site. The contract is initially up to March 31st, with potential for extension. You will be part of a team using advanced technologies like Azure Virtual Desktops, ensuring a forward‑thinking and collaborative work environment.
