Our ambition is to build an advanced analytics team to work at the intersection of data science and business, and this role is key to our journey.Reporting in the Data Manager (based in Madrid), you will collaborate with stakeholders across WPP to identify opportunities and forecast future company performance. You will collaborate daily with our global team and our head office data team based in London, which oversees all corporate data at the highest level.**What you'll do; **- Support with existing ETL processes.- Perform ad-hoc analysis for specific business needs.- Create/develop machine learning models, write code (in R/Python) and document the project/deliver reports.- Monitor models' performance, analyse the results, report on technical progress and performance status. You will identify risk areas and provide solutions.- Create reports and dashboards that enhance the impact of our machine learning-based solutions.- Communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.**What you'll need**:- A background in a quantitative discipline or experience in quantitative modeling.- Experience developing advanced data solutions (such as time series analysis, optimisation, predictive modeling, statistical analysis).- Knowledge of data science methods preferred.- Strong analytical and programming skills with SQL, Python, or R.- Knowledge of ETL and Cloud tools (Azure).- Knowledge of reporting tools (i.E.
