Role Description
The Product Manager – Web3 will play a key role in defining and executing product roadmaps for Metarri’s metaverse solutions. This full-time, remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative Web3 applications. Responsibilities include gathering and defining product requirements, managing development cycles, prioritizing tasks, driving product launches, and analyzing user feedback to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, and decentralized applications (dApps)
- Proven experience with product management, roadmapping, and feature prioritization
- Proficiency in user research and translating user needs into actionable product specifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Trello
- Background in the metaverse, or related industries is advantageous
Compensation
- Salary: $150,000-$250,000 USD/year, depending on experience
- Option to receive part of compensation in crypto or stablecoins
