What you’ll do Lead a

Requirements
Over 6 years of experience in technical environments (software, digital‑electronics hardware, IP or others), including at least 2 years
- ing teams of 5 or more people.
Solid technical background that enables you to communicate with
- engineers, understand technical trade-offs, and translate complex challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and
- ership skills.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects.
- Ability to plan, organize and oversee project tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Proven capacity to foster engagement and motivate high‑level technical professionals.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Deep experience within the semiconductor industry, particularly with CPU architecture, SoC design, or the RISC-V instruction set architecture (ISA) and ecosystem.
- Familiarity with the modern hardware verification lifecycle and its challenges (e.g., UVM, formal verification, coverage metrics).
