We are looking to hire for their subsidiary in Viladecans, a:
Managing Director Iberia
Reporting to the CEO of the Group, he/she will lead and accelerate strategies in line with the global Vision 2030 and gradually integrate them within the established organization, creating a strong synergy between the different departments.
We highlight the following key-responsibilities:
* Overall leadership and strategic management of the Spanish subsidiary, with a focus on executing sustainable, future-oriented strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and mission.
* Full P&L responsibility, with a strong focus on results management, profitability, and long-term value creation.
* Lead and accelerate the ongoing transformation towards a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach, ensuring that customer value extends beyond product delivery.
* Further develop a service-driven organizational structure that supports the sales strategy and strengthens long-term customer relationships.
* Identify and expand market opportunities in both established and new sectors, based on a sustainable go-to-market strategy rooted in market and client insights.
* Drive the continuous improvement of internal structures and processes, promoting agility and operational excellence.
* Actively coach, empower, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and leadership growth.
* Maintain open, appreciative communication with employees at all levels and act as a visible, hands-on leader and role model within the organization.
* Ensure regular, transparent communication and reporting to the Group headquarters, providing insights and strategic updates.
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering or Business Administration), and proven leadership experience in driving change and transformation. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in value-based, top-down sales, and has successfully managed P&L responsibilities.
Preferably, you have been part of a transformation journey—shifting from a product-centric model to a more consultative, service-oriented sales approach focused on delivering customer value. Experience or knowledge in maintenance and/or lubrication management (e.g., ICML 55.1), change management, or leadership development will be considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
