Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our sales team and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the DACH market. Must be a German speaker.As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for future customers, sparking interest and opening doors for our Account Executives to close.This is more than a lead generation role. identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound leads with speed and precision.Build meaningful conversations with stakeholders—often up to C-level—by understanding their challenges and connecting them to the value of Lucanet’s platform.Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth, arranging in-person / virtual meetings.Use tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage your outreach, track activity, and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene.Share insights from your conversations to help refine messaging, improve targeting, and shape our go-to-market strategy.Embrace feedback, coaching, and experimentation as part of your growth—this is a role where learning fast and iterating often is key to success.What you bring to the tableA strong foundation for a career in sales—whether through academic achievement, early professional experience, or a demonstrated interest in commercial roles.Demonstrated success in executing strategic outbound campaigns.
