IQVIA Safety Operations team plays an important part in the design, build and execution of end-to-end safety solutions for major pharmaceutical companies and their post market products around the world. Medical Information and Adverse Event Intake Specialist with English and French language This position will put you at the forefront of Patient Safety. With daily direct contact with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients, this is a highly visible role within IQVIA essential to our core goal of patient safety. You will perform key medical information call centre services and process safety and product quality information to help optimize the safety profiles of products across therapeutic areas including Respiratory; Infectious diseases, Immunology and Inflammation; HIV & Oncology.

Responsibilities
* Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, involving receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as required.
* Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from various sources including investigative sites during regular weekday business working hours.
* Establish and maintain effective team communications; provide regular feedback to the local management team on project metrics, challenges, issues and successes.
* Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.
* Participate in training across Lifecycle safety service offerings and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and process efficiencies.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
* Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science or Healthcare is required.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English (min. C1 level) and French language (min. C2 or native level).
* Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining high-quality standards.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
* Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload and manage competing priorities.
