Job Description Summary
The Clinical Applications Specialist for Accessories/Consumables and Anesthesia is responsible for providing clinical expertise and technical support for related product lines, ensuring optimal product utilization and customer satisfaction across the Spanish market. The role serves as the clinical interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, supporting product adoption, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and deliver comprehensive product training and education to customers (clinicians, technicians, sales teams) on the features, benefits, and safe operation of GE HealthCare anesthesia systems, accessories, and consumables.
- Support product installation, first use, evaluations, and clinical trials where required.
- Support tender processes by reviewing bid specifications and preparing necessary documentation.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical and clinical support during product installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention through continuing education.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for anesthesia workflows and clinical applications, demonstrating how GE HealthCare products enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Produce well‑written post‑training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, service, quality, supply chain and marketing teams to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for prospective and existing clients.
