Experteer OverviewIn this HR Associate role you will be the first point of contact for internal clients, handling HR inquiries and supporting the HR Partner and Talent Partner team. You will help manage onboarding/offboarding, assist with payroll, benefits, and policies, and contribute to regional HR projects. You will become proficient with HR systems and help leaders and associates adopt them. This role supports efficient HR operations and a positive work environment, while enabling regional and BU HR initiatives.

- Provide administrative HR support to multiple business units/regions and respond to associate inquiries
- Collaborate with COEs to execute critical tasks and projects with urgency
- Develop system expertise (Workday, Service Now, others) and drive adoption
- Support payroll/benefits/policy inquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating when needed
- Maintain employment files and HR records per policy and law
- Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and assist with lifecycle events
- Manage absence/time tracking and advise on policies and statutory payments
- Update HRIS data, verify right-to-work, and provide employment verifications
- Contribute to HR Operations projects and regional HR initiatives
- Suggest process improvements within HRA responsibilities
- Support Employee Relations cases with notes and letters
Responsabilidades
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR
- Excellent written and verbal English (and additional language if required)
- Outstanding customer service and sense of urgency
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and confidentiality
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data analysis
- Strong MS Office skills;
familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
