JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for two Product Functional Analysts with a technical background to join the RSS team at Abertis Mobility Services, supporting the development and delivery of tolling solutions across RSE (hardware + gantry controller) and OBO (Operational Back Office). These roles will work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure functional clarity and delivery alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements for RSE and OBO systems.
* Support product backlog refinement, focusing on ticket creation and grooming.
* Analyze data from tolling systems for troubleshooting and issue identification.
* Participate in testing and validation of new features or system changes.
* Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure alignment on deliverables.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Functional
* Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to support decision‑making and communication.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, Engineering, or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with hardware/software integration projects.
* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and ideally SQL.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish and English.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment, with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
* Planning and prioritization‑oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a product‑oriented team.
Nice-to-Have
* Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g., databases, NFS).
* Basic knowledge of Linux and ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.
* Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of product lifecycle.
* Interest or basic understanding of tolling systems or mobility infrastructure (ITS).
