Let’s get in touch. /ppbr/ppbWhat you’ll be doing /b /pulliBuilding and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth /liliLeading and executing core infrastructure projects end to end /liliExploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly /liliSearching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience /liliManaging critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems /liliDeveloping strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you'll need /b /pulliAt least a 2:1 degree from a top university /lili2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment /liliA solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects /liliThe ability to break complex problems into smaller ones /liliTo enjoy working with data /liliNatural curiosity and a will to make an impact /liliAn interest in the financial industry /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have /b /pulliExperience coding with SQL, Python, and/or R /li /ulpbr/ppbCompensation range /b /pulliKrakow: PLN15,700 - PLN35,800 gross monthly* /liliPoland: PLN15,700 - PLN35,800 gross monthly* /liliOther locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process /li /ulpbr/pp*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience /p
