Sales Executive - DACH Market
Location: Hybrid & Remote available
Salary: 45-60k fixed, OTE up to 100k (DOE)
An opportunity to join a high-performing sales team at a Series A SaaS company. You will be part of the European new business sales team, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding accounts across the DACH market.
Role Overview
Join our sales team to help establish us as the No. 1 Pricing Software in the DACH region by 2024. Your responsibilities include training, supporting market expansion, and driving sales growth through negotiations, business development, and participation in key industry events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage appointments and demonstrate our value proposition to prospects.
2. Represent the company at trade fairs and events.
3. Identify new business opportunities through outreach.
4. Analyze pipeline data and optimize sales strategies.
5. Achieve and exceed ARR targets with an incentivizing bonus plan.
Requirements
* Native/Fluent German and proficient English.
* Proven sales experience (2 years) in SaaS, Software, or Services.
* Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and productivity skills.
* Team player with a goal-oriented attitude.
* Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills.
