Requirements
We are looking for a person with a business vision, adaptability to changes, and a results-oriented approach. Someone that wants to take the next step and become a general manager for a small luxury brand hotel!
* 3 years of experience working as a assistant general manager, assistant sales manager or front desk manager, preferably in Marriott Hotels
* High level of English. Knowledge of other languages is highly valued
* Degree in Hotel Management or a degree in Tourism or Business Administration
Your role description includes the following tasks:
* Coordinate and supervise the operation of all hotel departments, ensuring optimal functioning.
* Ensure compliance with established objectives, both in terms of results and hotel quality standards.
* Manage the hotel's budget, control expenses, analyze deviations, and adopt necessary corrective measures.
* Analyze market trends within the hotel industry and identify customer needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, emphasizing the quality of service and conveying the company's cultural values.
* Manage the hotel's quality system: oversee compliance with the hotel's quality standards and corporate policies.
* Ensure the hotel's facilities are in optimal condition. xqysrnh
* Oversee staff management in collaboration with HR, including supervision of personnel policies.
