We are seeking a SALES MANAGER VISION CARE for IBERIA, overseeing a mid-size market within the Western Europe region, focusing on the Vision Care business in collaboration with Italy.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will lead, shape, and coach the field sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through effective execution. Travel is approximately 60%. The role involves participating in the local management team, aligning with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Key Accounts, and Analytics, and playing a key role in strategy and feedback.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Design and implement the Independents channel strategy aligned with global priorities.
* Ensure excellence in all field activities including marketing activations.
* Collaborate in developing and applying the Commercial Policy.
* Design sales incentives schemes aligned with EMA guidelines.
* Lead POA meetings and content development.
* Achieve Iberia SFE metrics.
* Anticipate customer needs and develop solutions.
* Coach and mentor sales team members.
* Ensure compliance with processes and business integrity.
* Promote Credo & D&I, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Create an environment for innovation and measured risk-taking.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
* Drive sales coaching and training plans.
* Manage recruitment and retention of high performers.
* Implement improvement plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
* Experience in Sales, ideally in FMCG, OTC, MedTech, or Pharma.
* Knowledge of Category management and KA dynamics, with a focus on professional development.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
