We currently employ over 8,000 people worldwide. /ppWe are hiring a Senior Key Account Manager for our Sweet Flavours Division to be in charge of the client relationships ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction. /ppResponsibilities: /pulliManage a significant client portfolio, including regional and global accounts. /liliDefine the commercial strategy for customers, jointly with Commercial Director /liliBuild Accounts Plans for its key clients, involving non sales resources (technical, marketing...), to be validated by commercial director. /liliEstablish sales budgets for its customers, and update forecasts in the systems on a monthly basis /liliAccountable for commercial follow up of customers. /liliManage price negotiations with customers, with support of Pricing office and under the management supervision. /liliDefine and follows customers’ projects, with support of Customer Service team and Technical team. /liliDefine proactive initiatives for key customers in collaboration with Categories. /liliResponsible for specific agreements with customers (confidentiality agreements, commercial contracts, ...etc), jointly with relevant departments (Legal, RD, Management, ...) /liliOrganize visits at headquarters in France for its key clients, with support of relevant departments (RD, CATs, Supply chain, etc) /liliDefine expenses budget, to be validated by its management, and sticks to this. /liliEnsure business excellence and client satisfaction /li /ulpQualifications: /pulliBachelor's degree in chemistry, food technology, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred). /liliMinimum 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales and account management in sweet flavours industry. /liliKnowledge and understanding of the market is key. /liliExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /liliFluent in Spanish and English. French language would be a plus. /liliWilling to travel throughout the Iberian Peninsula approximately 50% of the time.
