Qualifications: brBachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. br8+ years of experience in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years in customer service management, delivery maintenance assurance, service sales experience for enterprise or carrier networks. brProven track record in managing service solutions for major projects, including experience in service bidding and sales strategy development. brFluency in English is required to effectively communicate with local customers and HQ teams. brStrong presentation and negotiation skills to demonstrate service value and influence customer budgeting.
