The University of Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Marketing for MBA Programmes (Executive Officer) to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree.
* At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing or tertiary education.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
* IT proficiency.
* Team player, outcome-driven, self‑motivated, attentive to detail, sense of urgency, outgoing personality, ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, PPC, social media (English and Chinese), email marketing and content marketing.
* Analyze and report on performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions.
* Manage and optimize the university website to ensure it is user‑friendly and search engine optimized.
* Create engaging content aligned with target audience needs and business objectives.
* Oversee planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
* Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including agencies and media outlets.
Working Conditions
The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus and may be required to work outside normal office hours, during weekends and for travel outside Hong Kong.
