We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Regulatory Team and provide day‐to‐day legal support in a fast‐moving fintech environment. You will help manage consumer claims before Consumer Authorities and arbitration bodies, assist in drafting and reviewing product, marketing and supplier contracts, and support the team with legal research and the preparation of internal and external legal documents. You will also contribute to the review and drafting of internal procedures, working hand‐in‐hand with other teams across the business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage consumer claims before Consumer Authorities and arbitration bodies.
Assisting in the drafting and reviewing of contracts related to products, marketing (contests, providers, etc.) and providers.
Provide day-to-day legal support to the Regulatory and Data Protection team (e.g. legal research, drafting and reviewing internal and external legal documents).
Assisting in the review and drafting of internal procedures.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
High level of English (minimum B2).
Comfortable working in a tech‐driven environment and using collaboration tools (e.g. Atlassian suite – Jira, Confluence – and similar platforms).
Strong business‐oriented mindset.
Energy, resilience and optimism.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Law.
+2 years of professional experience.
