Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain has an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Department as Senior Finance Analyst, based in Spain. As our Senior Finance Analyst, you will support members of the Spanish leadership team in the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical business.
You will be responsible for driving finance standardization and optimization, providing strategic insights to support decision-making and enhance financial management. This role reports to the Senior Business Controller for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Planning & Controlling: Review sales variations versus budget, understand drivers, provide insights, manage financial planning and forecasting, and drive strategic prioritization.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to J&J worldwide financial, HCBI, and Business Conduct procedures, and local regulations.
* Business Partnering: Influence financial decision-making, oversee performance against business plans, establish connections with internal and external partners, participate in cross-sector initiatives, and foster collaboration among finance groups.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
* 3-4 years of finance or related experience, preferably in a reputable audit company.
* Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is preferred.
* Excellent financial and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
