Intercompany Management:
Management of orders placed by Klüber companies
Confirmation of delivery deadlines in coordination with Planning, Laboratory, Shipping, Logistics, and Purchasing (raw materials)
Transportation management (consultation of transport costs/transit time, delivery delays, request for PODs)
Recording in the system of prices provided by Controlling
Sending Intercompany samples
Intercompany invoicing
Processing of Intercompany returns to KLI
Preparation of internal reports on a regular or ad hoc basis
IEC – IMPORT / EXPORT / CUSTOMS:
Ensure compliance with current import-export and customs legislation
Review and filing of documentation related to import and export cases
Preparation of necessary documentation for import and export declarations
Communication with freight forwarders, customs agents, and customs authorities
Management of LTSDs requested by KLM on a case-by-case basis
Qualifications:
Logistics management and customer service
Foreign trade
User-level IT skills (SAP-SD, MS Office:
Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Advanced level of English
Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization skills
Teamwork / Initiative / Planning
Knowledge of Management Systems (quality, environment, and occupational health & safety)
