AI & Events Strategy Intern (Bali)

Help to design, plan, and manage EX Venture's portfolio of global events by leveraging a suite of powerful AI tools for intelligent planning, enhanced engagement, and comprehensive analytics. This role is crafted for a creative, organized, and results-driven individual with a genuine passion for events and a strong, demonstrable interest in the practical application of AI to create truly unforgettable and impactful experiences. You will be responsible for utilizing a variety of AI-powered tools to plan and execute our events, from identifying the ideal target audience and personalizing the attendee experience to meticulously measuring the ROI of our event marketing campaigns. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the absolute forefront of event innovation, using the transformative power of AI to create events that are more engaging, impactful, memorable, and measurable than ever before.
What You'll Do
* Utilize predictive AI models to identify the ideal speakers, audiences, and formats for our events, ensuring that our events are always highly relevant, engaging, and valuable for our target audience.
* Automate a wide range of event logistics and scheduling tasks using sophisticated, data-driven models, thereby freeing up our event planners to focus on creating a truly exceptional and seamless experience for our attendees.
* Develop and deploy a suite of AI-powered attendee engagement and matchmaking tools, helping our attendees to connect with each other, build meaningful relationships, and get the absolute most out of our events.
* Analyze a wide range of event performance metrics and calculate the ROI of our events, using data to measure the success of our events and to identify key opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Utilize AI to deeply personalize the event experience for each and every attendee, from the creation of customized agendas and personalized recommendations to the delivery of targeted content and networking opportunities.
* Use AI-powered sentiment analysis to gauge attendee feedback and satisfaction in real time.
