Join our Operational Excellence department as a Lean Engineer. You won't just be implementing methodologies; you will be a key agent of change. What you'll achieve
Reporting to the Operational Excellence & Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will deploy Lean principles across the organization. Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement:
- Champion Continuous Improvement: You will lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM. You don\'t just know the theory; you make it work on the floor.
- Hunt for Efficiency: You will use data analysis to identify opportunities and detect waste in our production processes. You turn numbers into actionable improvements (Create wow ).
- Empower the Frontline: You will train and guide operational teams in the adoption of Lean tools. Your goal is to ensure they understand, execute, and own the change.
- Drive Performance: You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs ) related to efficiency, quality, cycle times, and productivity to ensure we are winning every day (Take responsibility ).
- Shape the Culture: You will promote a Lean Culture through training sessions, workshops, and active support in organizational change. You inspire others to think \"Lean\".
Who you are
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for industrial optimization.
- The Engineer: You have a Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aeronautic, or similar).
- The Expert: You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lean Facilitator or Lean Consultant. You have been there and done that.
- The Leader: You have strong organization skills, determination, and the ability to influence across different levels of a large general organization.
- The Analyst: You are highly analytical, with the ability to extract, understand, and interpret data to drive change.
- Project Manager: You have strong project management skills and strategic thought processes.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2/C1 level).
