What challenge will you be taking on?
You will join the Galileo Satellite Constellation Control Facility (SCCF) team, dedicated to developing the SCCF software operated at the Galileo ground control centre. We are looking for DevOps engineers passionate about coding, infrastructure, networking, automation, modern CI/CD, and monitoring. You will build and scale robust, secure, and highly available infrastructure platforms and support integration with other Galileo teams and interact with the European Space Agency and SCCF operators.
Roles include:
* Working closely with the Senior DevOps Engineer to ensure system stability.
* Using technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, Python, Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible.
* Troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
* Writing automation scripts in Bash and Python.
* Collaborating with teams for successful project delivery.
What do we need in our team?
* Experience with Linux, MySQL, Jenkins, Bash, and Python.
* Proficiency in at least one programming language (Bash, Python).
* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ansible).
* Linux system administration skills.
* Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
