Join the SoftwareOne team and help transform how we work through AI. As our new AI Business Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team accelerating the adoption of AI to enhance internal processes. The team will also bring these innovations to our clients, enabling them to benefit from the same transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting‐edge AI solutions alongside leading hyperscalers, driving their practical application both within SoftwareOne and with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and deliver AI use cases for both internal teams and external clients
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
Support pre‐sales activities by participating in client meetings, contributing to proposals, preparing demos, and showcasing proof‐of‐concepts
Work closely with cross‐functional teams (delivery, data, and sales) to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of AI solutions
Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation
Job Requirements
Proven experience in consulting, solution delivery, or a related role
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they translate into business value
Hands‐on experience implementing AI solutions (preferably using Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
A problem‐solving mindset combined with a practical, hands‐on approach to project work
Ability to balance project delivery responsibilities with pre‐sales support
