We are seeking a Site Manager for immediate incorporation into an international project in the United Kingdom.
Languages
English – B2/C1 technical level
French – B2 level (very valuable)
Tasks
* Supervision and coordination of structural and artistic/themed installations.
* On-site team management.
* Schedule monitoring, cost control, and deadline compliance.
* Drawing interpretation and technical coordination with the engineering office.
* Quality control, health & safety compliance, and site supervision according to regulations.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Civil, Public Works, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial) or Architecture.
* Previous experience of at least 5 years in managing construction projects or similar sites.
* Ability to coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary work teams.
* Advanced knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations applicable to construction projects.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
* Mastery of digital tools and project management software.
Software proficiency
* AutoCAD
* Microsoft Excel
* Trello
