Impact/Week 2025 gathers some of the world’s most brilliant minds to define the critical problems of our time and enable solutions to them. And as a Volunteer, you’ll be at the heart of this dynamic gathering of 1000+ global changemakers – from top founders to visionary investors to leaders of tomorrow.
We’re creating an open platform and festival, with programming curated collaboratively by Norrsken and our friends and partners. As a Volunteer you’ll get a rare glimpse into the impact ecosystem shaping the future for people and the planet.

What you’ll experience:

Your role:
* Assist in various event tasks, including registration, guest support, and coordination.
* Coordinate stage flow, including audience attendance, speakers and panelists.
* Work alongside the Norrsken team to ensure a smooth and unforgettable experience.
* Able to work at least one full day (1st or 2nd) and attend training sessions on the 30th September.

Compensation and location
This is an unpaid Volunteer commitment. Impact/Week being a two-day event, Volunteers are asked to commit to one full day of service, as well as attend a training session on the 30th Sept. On your non-scheduled day, you’ll have the opportunity to attend event sessions and enjoy the full Impact/Week experience.
You’ll need to be based in Barcelona and have a valid work permit for the EU to be engaged as a Volunteer.
