A Day in the Life To support our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business in Iberia, we are seeking a full-time Downstream Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills, a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, and 3 years of people management experience. In this role, you will be responsible for product launches, campaign planning and execution, portfolio management, market insights, and fostering collaboration with sales and field teams. You will lead a specialized Downstream Marketing team in Iberia, working closely with Training & Education (T&E;) to ensure alignment and success. A strong understanding of Iberia's market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment is essential. You will develop and implement local and regional marketing strategies to meet business objectives, lead marketing tactics and product launches to grow revenue and market share, and collaborate with various teams to adapt initiatives and develop regional strategies. The role involves approximately 50% travel, with the job location in the Iberia region. Responsibilities include: Building and maintaining partnerships with KOLs and scientific societies. Ensuring Medtronic’s presence at local congresses and planning marketing initiatives. Supporting business reviews and providing market insights. Handling multiple stakeholders with a strategic yet hands-on approach. Leading a team of marketing professionals. Collaborating with T&E; and regional sales teams on marketing campaigns and product launches. Developing regional value propositions and KPIs. Supporting marketing tactics and insights generation. Managing regional portfolio and pricing strategies. Supporting annual planning and leading regional initiatives. Building relationships with KOLs and scientific societies. Planning local congress presence to enhance brand visibility. Utilizing deep market understanding to develop targeted strategies. Aligning with sales teams to meet revenue and market share goals. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or equivalent. At least 5 years in marketing within an international company. At least 3 years of people management experience. Proven success in product launches and campaigns. Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Leadership qualities to inspire and develop a team. Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus. Experience in the medical device industry, especially in Cardiovascular or CRM sectors, with digital marketing experience and direct customer engagement.
