What You’ll Do
* Answer inbound calls from businesses interested in working with Groupon
* Understand each merchant’s unique value and how Groupon can help them grow
* Consult, negotiate, and close awesome local deals
* Learn what makes each small business tick — from their products to their customer base
* Master the art of deal-making and negotiation (margins, discounts & more!)
* Consistently hit and exceed your sales targets
* Collaborate with Account Management for a smooth onboarding experience
* Drive growth for both Groupon and local businesses — win‑win!

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Native or bilingual French (C2) and strong English (B2+)
* ☎️ Experience in sales or customer interaction (inbound or outbound)
* A fearless attitude — you’re not afraid to fail and always learning
