Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will manage the material needs in line with the strategic HI and Cash Flow. Day‑to‑day you will be responsible for the configuration of the material process to ensure material availability and rotation. You will work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations and Projects) to coordinate the material needs and much more.
You’ll be the main interface for Projects and Operations with the material availability for short, mid and long term.
We look to you for:
* Manage the material needs in coordination with the teams from Engineering, Operations and Projects.
* Define strategic policies for stock management in line with the budget of projects and the objectives of the unit around the Cash Flow.
* Consolidate the needs from Operations / Production and the Bill of Materials for the correct execution of the material requirement planning to generate purchase requests optimizing lot size and frequency, ensuring material supply and availability.
* Improve visibility on materials for production and operations.
* Perform inventory analysis for accurate definition of procurement strategy.
* Generate action plans for inventory reduction and increased rotation.
* Anticipate risks for stock shortages and material supply needs to provide visibility to Sourcing for optimal negotiation with suppliers.
* Place purchase orders, manage order acknowledgement follow‑up and delivery control.
* Manage suppliers’ non‑conformities.

* Academic background in Technical Engineering or proven experience in materials planning.
* Intermediate English level.
* Experience with SAP.
* Experience of 2‑3 years in similar positions.
