Job Description
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Sales Customer Expert to join an international team in Lisbon.
The role focuses on outbound sales and client acquisition, supporting business customers through a digital platform solution.
Responsibilities
* Contact potential B2B clients via outbound calls, email, and online meetings
* Present platform solutions and explain business value
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to follow-up
* Prepare and send commercial proposals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
* Update CRM with accurate client and sales information
* Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
* Native-level Spanish
* English B2 level (mandatory)
* Previous sales experience required (B2B is a plus)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* EU ID, Residence Card, or Certificate of Protection
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary + meal allowance + holiday & Christmas bonuses + project bonus
* Total monthly gross package: approximately 1,350€
* Performance-based project bonus up to 135€
