Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver exceptional on-tour experiences. Focusing on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure Collette brand standards are met. The success of our tour managers directly impacts the excellence of the on-tour experience, and we strive to have the best in the industry.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy that supports business growth by attracting top candidates to support our brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Continuously evolve the training strategy by addressing individual and team needs through various training models and on-the-road coaching and training. Conduct tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers, assist with issue resolution, and support the planning and execution of the annual TM Collaboration Meeting.
* Performance Management: Manage each team member to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through our quality management tool. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Through input from the regional team, support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Collaborate Across the Organization: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and new product development, emergency services protocols.

Knowledge and Skills:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
