Job Description
* Manage the Quality department, including Incoming Quality Inspection, In Process Quality Control, and Finished Product Quality Inspection.
* Manage Health, Safety & Environment topics.
* Oversee quality processes such as control plans, FMEA, and product industrialisation.
* Manage relations with internal customers (commercial entities): complaints management, audits, visits.
* Take part in product industrialisation (new developments, lifecycle, and inter‑factory product transfer).
* Implement clear and secure control plans.
* Perform FMEA.
* Manage customer and supplier complaint handling processes.
* Support the team or the Group Quality team on root cause analysis.
* Maintain contact with customers and suppliers.
* Coordinate product certification activities (ENEC, ETL, ATEX/IECEx, EN40) according to legal requirements.
* Introduce and manage Integrated Management Systems according to ISO standards.
* Oversee Health, Safety & Environment responsibilities.
* Lead people management and local Quality team development.
* Ensure that factory activity complies with local legislation and regulations in collaboration with the Plant manager.
Qualifications
* Engineering Master’s Degree (mechanical or quality).
* At least 5‑10 years in a relevant position.
* Experience in team management.
* Languages: English (B2) and local language (Spanish).
* Good knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (FMEA, SPC, PDCA, DMAIC, 6‑Sigma, PQP).
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Rigorous & assertive.
* Internal audit certification in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management Systems.
