We support our customers in transforming their HR functions through redefining HR organization and digitalizing HRIS solutions. We carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise). We also provide payroll outsourcing services, leveraging our global payroll expertise.Your Mission:
As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will participate in all phases of HRIS implementation (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), including:
Participating in implementation projects, workshops, and training sessions.Translating client needs into deliverables, documentation, and presentations.Configuring modules to meet client requirements and evaluating impacts.Integrating new solutions into existing client environments.Support Responsibilities:
Maintain solutions, respond to tickets, perform technical monitoring, train users, and advise on solution evolutions.Your Profile:
Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience (PY-ES), SAP HCM expertise, experience leading requirement workshops, and language skills in Portuguese or English are desirable.What We Offer:
