Role Description
As a Franchise Partner for Fresh Properties, you will oversee the daily operations of your property management franchise, working to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities include managing properties, building client relationships, expanding your portfolio, and ensuring adherence to company standards. You will also participate in regular training and collaborate with the wider Fresh Properties network for support and growth. This is a remote business opportunity, offering flexibility and independence.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are motivated to create long-term value, enjoy building relationships, and take ownership of growing a local client portfolio. Success in this role comes from being proactive, commercially minded, and committed to delivering excellent service while developing your own business. Experience in property management, real estate, sales, leadership, or business ownership can be valuable, but the right mindset and drive are most important.
Because this is an independent business opportunity, franchise partners should be financially prepared for the startup phase. We recommend having access to approximately €20,000 in available capital to support your first year of operations. This investment is intended to help cover personal income needs during the build-up period, local marketing activities, and the franchise startup fee while your business gains momentum and recurring revenue.
