Then this position might be a match!💡 What’s in it for you?Make a real impact: Help shape the future of our Life Sciences business and support cutting-edge clients across the globe.Grow with us: You'll work with a team of experts and have access to ongoing knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and exposure to complex projects.Build a meaningful career: This is a role with ownership, allowing you to leave your mark while building strong, lasting relationships.A fair, competitive package: We offer a tailored salary and benefits package, built around your needs and local regulations🏢 What you’ll be doing- Manage the full sales process from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system.- Build long-term customer relationships and strategic business partnerships in order to support clients through their journey from idea to patient.- Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner.- Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve sales targets.- Develop, implement and drive sales strategies and actions to expand the life science business.- Build new and expand existing client relationships across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-suite and operational level.- Expand your network in the medical device and life sciences sector by playing an active role in different networking associations- In addition to an external network, you also build your internal network within the organization with QbD consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing… We do sales together, with you in the lead.💪 What you bring- Master’s degree in a scientific field, with 5+ years of sales experience within Life Science service/consulting companies.- Strong track record in building and managing relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders;
- Established network within the pharma/biotech sector (QA, PV, RRAA, Manufacturing, Validation, Site Heads, GM's)- Comfortable discussing technical topics in medical devices, pharma, and biotech;
- Ability to engage clients across key areas of product development: clinical, regulatory, quality, validation, and software validation;
