Demand & GTM Marketing Manager
Location: Remote + Frequent Travel to Germany and Barcelona (every 2 weeks)

My client is a leading provider of managed flight operations services for airlines, delivering end-to-end support across flight planning, real-time operational control, and disruption management.
The business helps airlines run safe, efficient, and resilient operations by combining experienced aviation professionals with advanced operational systems and cloud-based technology.
It also provides training and academy services to develop the next generation of flight operations specialists, enabling airlines to scale and modernise their operations without the need for large in-house teams.
The Demand & GTM (Go-To-Market) Marketing Manager is a hands-on role responsible for using marketing as a direct growth engine for the business.
Owning the end-to-end marketing function for the Portfolio.
The role operates at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Operations, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Reporting to the Co-Managing Directors in the business you will be responsible for GTM, working across Sales and Marketing functions.
Set up social listening and competitor tracking systems (AI-supported dashboards, signal monitoring, insights digest).
• Build frameworks for product knowledge sharing (structured updates, video briefs, searchable resources).
• Produce templates, onboarding materials, and training content for GTM teams.
• Support GTM planning, launches, and readiness milestones.
• Use AI tools to automate research, content repurposing, and workflow optimization.

• Support PMM in data-driven decision-making and GTM process improvement
5+ years of experience in marketing, go-to-market, growth marketing, or marketing operations roles, preferably in B2B services, IT, technology, or regulated environments.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams through marketing-driven lead generation and conversion.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot strongly • preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing and sales insights.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Post-graduate qualification or MBA is a plus.
