Job Description The Director of Business Development for the Hotel segment promotes and sells ForwardKeys data and solutions to the hotel community with a focus on indirect sales. Reporting to the CCO, you will leverage your network to present the value of ForwardKeys' solutions to industry professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities Develop sales plans and lead execution based on strategic assessments.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize solutions and develop go-to-market strategies.
Represent ForwardKeys at major industry events to promote solutions and expand networks.
Work closely with sales and Customer Success teams, utilizing your market knowledge and enthusiasm.
Support the Hotel segment's success through infrastructure and system improvements, including managing Salesforce for pipeline and account planning, and delivering value-based solutions.
Personal Skills and Experience First degree required; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in a multinational environment.
Successful track record of revenue growth and business development.
Key skills include negotiation, industry expertise, creativity, and data comprehension.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
