You will be part of a Benelux team that shows best practice and tests new products and material. You will answer inbound calls and offer insurances to consumers. New appliance purchasers will call to register appliances. You will capture details, confirm registration, explain the legal warranty and offer consumer and additional insurance. The agent should have a strong commercial profile, knowledge of sales techniques, handle objections, strong customer service skills, work to targets, adapt to product changes, communicate well and provide insightful feedback on processes and practices.

PC literate, capable of multitasking and navigating multiple systems. Proficient with Microsoft Teams and office programs.
