Main responsibilities:
2. Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to enhance our digital health platforms
3. Develop and oversee federated learning systems that protect patient data while enabling powerful insights
4. Create and implement predictive models that personalize care journeys and identify health risks early
5. Spearhead the development of AI-powered engagement tools, including intelligent chatbots and recommendation systems
6. Drive innovation in data engineering, ensuring scalable and secure handling of complex healthcare data
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into meaningful patient outcomes
8. Mentor and develop a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers
9. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
10. Proven track record in developing and deploying production-ready machine learning models in healthcare or related industries
11. Deep expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
12. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and managing large-scale data systems
13. Strong understanding of healthcare analytics and data standards
14. Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
15. Passion for improving healthcare access and patient experiences through innovative technology
