Senior OutSystems DeveloperWe are working on one of our most ambitious OutSystems projects. At the beginning of 2024, we started a multi-year, large-scale development project in OutSystems to simplify our IT landscape and provide customers with flexible, high-quality pension products.Together with a multidisciplinary team, you will help shape the future of our pension systems. With your contribution, we aim to become Future Ready .
What You Will DoWithin our DevOps team, we are building a Business Process Management (BPM) application on top of our pension administration system in SAP using the Agile/Scrum methodology .The goal of this new application is to: simplify our IT landscape, optimize internal processes and improve customer experienceThe system will support processes related to important life events, such as: retirement, job changes and marriage or cohabitationIt will also support commercial processes, including: quoting pension products or implementing pension contractsAs a Senior OutSystems Developer, you will play a leading role in shaping this application .Your responsibilities include:Collaborating with developers, analysts, and testers within the teamWorking closely with other teams across the organizationDesigning and implementing complex integrations with:SAP pension administrationCustomer administration systemsDigital channelsCRMOutput manufacturing systemsEnsuring code quality, scalability, and future-proof architectureContributing to the technical design of user storiesSupporting analysts with technical insights and implementation strategiesActing as a sparring partner for the Product Owner (PO)Helping the team achieve sprint goalsMonitoring application architecture and development standards
