Country Growth & Marketing Lead – UK & Ireland

We are looking for an experienced Growth & Marketing leader to drive expansion in the UK & Ireland. This is a strategic role where you will combine big-picture vision with operational excellence, influencing product, marketing, and partnerships to grow the business locally.
About the role:
As the Country Growth & Marketing Lead (UK&I), you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, optimize a significant marketing budget, and build trusted local partnerships to acquire customers and strengthen brand presence. You’ll work closely across teams—including product, clinical operations, provider acquisition, and marketing—to ensure growth strategies are informed by data, research, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build the brand and manage supply-demand balance in the UK & Ireland.
* Optimize marketing performance across channels including Paid Search, Social, TV, Podcast, Radio, and Partnerships.
* Develop regional growth strategies based on market insights, performance data, and testing frameworks.
* Identify, onboard, and manage local marketing partners to drive customer acquisition and trust.
* Contribute to long-term product and marketing localization strategies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product, marketing, and business outcomes.
* Use data-driven insights to champion market growth and evaluate ROI.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of consumer marketing experience, including 5+ years in fast-paced technology companies.
* Proven experience managing large budgets and leading multi-market growth initiatives.
* Deep understanding of consumer attitudes and preferences in the UK & Ireland.
* Experience in international digital, tech, health, or consumer services sectors.
* Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
* Fluent English (C1/C2); additional European languages a plus.
