IS Global Cyber Security Lead ABB Robotics Position reports to: IS Manager.

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Cyber Security Lead to drive our enterprise‑wide security strategy, safeguard digital assets, and ensure compliance across all regions and business areas. This is a high‑impact role with global reach, reporting directly to the Head of IS Infrastructure and Information Security.
Location: Poland, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden, China.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS 2, TISAX, and SOX requirements.
Own and operate the enterprise‑wide ISMS framework, ensuring continuous improvement, strategic alignment, and measurable risk reduction.
Conduct risk assessments and manage the enterprise risk register, defining mitigation strategies and collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
Monitor emerging threats and coordinate with Security Operations to enhance detection, response, and overall resilience.
Lead internal and external audits while partnering with IT, Legal, and Compliance to balance security with business agility, influence investment decisions, and foster a strong security culture across all maturity levels.
Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, TISAX, and SOX.
Experience with risk management, policy development, and compliance programs.
Familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM, IAM, DLP, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
